Husband Shaun has a huge passion for Calvin & Hobbes he wanted to share with his Son, He had been dreaming of a bedroom mural. We went through and picked his favorite moments from the comic series and stitched em’ all together. This mural was both a great breath of fresh air for me and a playground of sorts. I got to drop my trademark SMH style to emulate Bill Watterson’s own distinct fusion of realistic landscape paired with comic booky character design. This mural was a great lesson
